  I THOUGHT THE BLOG IS FOR FREE. I CAN’T PROGRESS WITH THE REGISTRATION UNTILL THIS PROBLEM IS

  Simple: Do not register a custom domain. You have http://nonalilablog.wordpress.com/ for free. If you want a custom URL like http://nonalilablog.com/ that is what costs money.
