broke website by changing URL

    I was on the settings page under the ‘wp admin’ section and my website was setup as poochiesdallas.com/dog_grooming/ as the main url…so i went to settings and deleted he ‘dog_grooming’ part to just shorter, then hit save and now it says ERROR 404 – PAGE NOT FOUND. Help. I have a screenshot of where i edited it.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like poochiesdallas.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to the hosting provider for help getting that set up under the correct domain.
