Broken domain

  Someone I met provided me hosting so I could create my website with wordpress. He did everything on his PC, including the domain purchase, which I paid for and is under my name, and then sent me an email with the following:

  ‘A new installation of WordPress 4.9.6 has been completed. The details of the installation are shown below:’ – from SOFTACULOUS

  And all the login and account info so I could work on the website from my PC.
  The other day while I was working on wordpress from my PC, I changed on wordpress the domain from .com.uy to .com

  Now I cannot access the platform or the website. I also cannot reach this guy. I need some help getting it back.

  @luvetcarbajal I’m sorry to hear that. It does not sound like this is registered or hosted through us, but if you’ll send a link to your site we can likely help you figure out where it’s currently hosted so you can get in touch with the right support team.
