    The following is what I tried to send to a “Happiness Engineer” who was only too happy to let the clock run out on the “Live Support” day.

    Please, please, please give this to an engineer who actually reads what customers say.

    I have a domain I have purchased via GoDaddy. The Domain is leased from them. The frontend is hosted by you – WordPress.

    I come to WordPress to edit my pages – except the Graphic Driven side of your site does not see my pages. Likewise your last engineer said he could not see them, yet the WP-Admin plugin seems to have no problem seeing them.

    This would be all well and good if I only wanted to change the content of a page your engineer claims does not exist. (This is because the last engineer does not understand you can click “Expand” to open a ‘sub-screen’ which allows you to bypass the security warning. A security warning: Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID)

    So, I know my pages are there, and have confirmed the last engineer’s solution to update the nameserver was processed.

    Guess what – still cannot see my pages without going to the WP-admin plugin; which is not where I want to do my edits.

    What is more, suddenly my profile has me set for a default timezone somewhere in AFRICA and IT WON’T UPDATE, instead it – and every profile edit I try to make, errors out!!!

    This needs to be fixed post freaking haste, otherwise I will export all of my stuff, cancel this service, demand a refund for the unused portion of my annual subscription, and take my business to someone who cares enough to actually help their customers.
