broken images on blog

Hi, first I want to say that I have the latest version of WordPress installed, I have all my plugins up to date and my theme is also up to date.
I have written many blogs with photos attached and never have I had the issues I am having today. When I upload the images from my computer to my media library, they ALL show up just fine. Even when I place them in my post during editing, they ALL show up fine.
When I go to ‘preview’ the blog, for some reason only some of the images are showing up, even though they ALL came from the same folder on the computer and they are ALL from the same media card from my camera, so there shouldn’t be any discrepancy that way.
I have read as many forums as I can, and everyone seems to have the issue where the broken images are showing in the media library ,and I want to make it clear this is NOT my issue. The issue is between WordPress and how it is showing in the browser. Just to be sure that it wasn’t an issue with Chrome only I checked it on Firefox as well, and the images are still broken.
I have tried renaming the files, and even tried moving them onto a USB to avoid any permission issues and uploaded from there, and no matter where I upload from these images are not working.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
