Broken site editing page

  I am trying to edit my pages but every time I try to click on ‘pages’ the site freezes (both in the desktop version and online). I don’t know what happened to cause this but I am just trying to see my pages and edit them. It asks me sometimes to ‘stop the script’. How can I fix this?
