Bug still active after deactivating all plugins

    Hi,
    I installed new plugins in my website and then I had to debug it because one plugin caused an error on the website. I have found the line where there is the error but I cannot resolve it because I can’t find the error in the string. Therefore I deactivated all plugins butthe problem is still there when I want to click on and use features on my website.
