Bug with writing

  I change my theme for :: the day after. it is interesting but I have many problems ::
  I lost a part of writing possibilities :: colors and special characters does not appear. My question is :: is it a bug of the theme or a bug of wordpress ?

  Could you give me some details about the problems you’re facing? What colors and special characters do not appear?
