Buggy site

  Hi, I linked my Godaddy URL to my site and when I added the URL my site is basically not fuctional and is bugging… What can I do to fix this?

  Hi there,

  Generally speaking, if you changed your domain settings, it can be a few hours (24+ hours) before those settings take effect. So it could be the case that you need to give it a bit more time, the change does not happen right away.

  I do need to add however that we’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com (Your host uses a different version of the WordPress platform) and don’t have access to your server files.

  If you continue to have issues after 24hours you will likely need to contact your host (Nexcess.net) and see if they are able to assist with getting your GoDaddy domain correctly hooked up to your Nexcess hosting account.
