  Can I design a dev site with plugins to show my client before they pay for the hosting and custom domain? We want to use PeerBoard or similar Chat tool (not WhatsApp)

  No, we don’t have such an option. You can purchase a yearly plan, set up the site, and then request a full refund after 14 days. Alternatively, you can purchase a monthly plan.
