Building a (blog) site

  I started to build under one name and had to change it. How can I delete everything associated with that and keep the new name?

  Hi there, did you want to move what you have to the correct name? If so, use your Site > Tools > Export and Import options to move the content over.

  Then, you can disable the site name you do not want here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings

  Please note: deleting a name does not “Free it up” for use at another time. So if you might want to use the name again later, please be sure to simply make the site private for now instead.
