  I would like to build a social networking website where unlimited number of members can sign on and share their photos and videos and share from other website.
  Please let me have the complete information regarding this.

  By default, there aren’t specific social networking features built into WordPress.com but we do provide the option to create a membership website:

  If this won’t do what you are looking for, I recommend searching for plugin which can provide the level of functionality you need. It’s worth noting that custom plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan so you would need to upgrade in order to use them.
