Building a website from a template…. BEFORE MOVING OR MAPPING DOMAIN

  I would like to build a new website. I currently am hosted by Serif which will cease hosting in August of this year. I would like to create my website from a template and have it fully prepared before I move from the existing website. Your ‘Get Started’ processes do not seem to allow that. Are there options?

  Haven’t you already created a free site here https://toppspowder.wordpress.com/
  When you’ve got that site to your liking you can purchase an upgraded plan and map/transfer your domain to that WordPress.com site.
