  Please let me know what would be involved to build a site for the homepage where I already have the Adobe XD files? Initially it would just be the homepage but I will be expanding out the site in later versions.

  You can’t use Adobe XD files on a free wordpress.com website. If you want to upload a custom theme you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
