  When I registered with WP with my domain the form asked if I wanted a business or personal site. I chose business when I need a personal. How do I switch to a personal site?

  Of what site are you speaking then? It’s impossible to help you if you don’t tell us the site you need help with.

  starrytoystation.com is currently the only site showing in your account, and that is a self-hosted site connected here via the Jetpack plugin. You cannot buy WordPress.com upgrade plans for a self-hosted site.
