Bulleted list and text defaults to centered in blocks

    My theme is from the Classic times, and while its new block version looks ok on my desktop (Mac), on the iPhone all bulleted lists and most texts/headings centered. Why would a bullets list be centered, also not button to align the bulleted list in block editor? Looks awful. I used a plugin for classic editor to align everything the the left and that looked great on both devices until I reverted back to the blocks editor. I lost text and now have to fixed more errors. Sorry very discouraged and tired. Thanks.
