Bundle refund

  I purchased a bundled .com WP account for 99$ on 2/18/12, and a domain on `1/19/12 for 25$. I have since switched over to a .org and will no longer be using the .com site. I would like a refund for the the bundle if possible. It’s really frustrating to not be able to talk to a person who can answer specific questions.
