Business account – premium account – acces problem

Dear reader, my premium account for joycestevens.nl has stopt but i purched a Bussiness account in January on top of my premium , see billing information below . I don’t understand why i don’t have acces to it and the concierge support. And why it does not functions. Perhaps i did someting wrong? Does Could you please help me?
