  I bought the Business Identity Theme and it seems that the theme has been retired. Can you please advise as to how I can use this credit towards other themes ? Thanks.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the URL of the site the theme was purchased for?

  Hi there,

  That email is regarding a site under a completely different account than the yokaup0222 account you used to post here.

  Log out of this WordPress.com account, and log back in using the email address at which you received that email, and you’ll still be able to continue using that theme on the site for which you bought it, on which the theme is currently active.
