Business name as url for non-associated blog

  I run a blog for a non-profit business with the business name in the url, which is attached to a wordpress.com blog.

  There is another wordpress.com blog that has a url attached which also has our business name in the title. The person is not a business and is certainly not our business.

  I have read that fake or misleading urls are not permitted under the TOS. Is this the case here, and is there a formal way of reporting it?

  I submitted the question directly to the staff and they said that the use of the name alone does not violate the TOS. Kinda confused because that’s what the TOS says.

  I thought this was a no brainer. When you google our business name this other site shows up with our name in the URL. That is pretty misleading as it gets.

  If you don’t have an international trademark, you don’t have the international right to muscle anyone else out of using the name.
