  I want to use affiliate links on a blog , do I choose a personal or business blog ?

  Also WordPress says it must be original content to be able to use an affiliate link , what exactly does this mean ?

  Hi there,

  You can use affiliate links on any site, on any plan.

  But we only allow affiliate links that are relevant to original content you write. For example, if you review a book you read, you can add an affiliate link to that book’s page on Amazon.com. But we don’t allow affiliate links that are part of pre-written promotions you’re getting from someone else, and if the only purpose of your site is sharing these kinds of links.
