  Hi,

  Will I be able to complete customize HTML and javascript for the design of the complete blog with the business plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  With the Business Plan you can add custom CSS to your site, but you can’t edit the CSS files directly. That is not possible on any site on WordPress.com, regardless of plan.

  If you have the Business Plan and have plugins installed you’ll also be able to add JavaScript code in your posts, pages or widgets, or via a plugin, but you won’t be able to add it directly to your site’s files or upload .js files to the site via FTP.
