  I don’t know what you mean by “dynamic website. Can you please provide more details on what exactly it is you would like to achieve?

  Can i make a online test series website like http://www.testbook.com using your business plan.
  Is there option in your business plan to connect with payment gateway like paypal, Bill desk etc

  You should be able to install the plugins needed to build a site like that on our Business Plan, yes, as well as most payment gateway plugins.

  We’re not able to advise you on exactly which plugins you’d need to make something like this, though.

  One more thing i want to know, that can i store question i mean can i make question bank using WordPress business plan.
  Now also if you not understand my query then just tell me can i make LMS (Learning Management
  System) website.

  You will be able to install a plugin to do that, yes. We recommend Sensei for something like this, but there are many different plugins available that would allow you to do this.
