Business Plan Cancellation Refund

  I want to cancel the purchase made on a Business Plan on Saturday 19/06/2021 and a refund. For what I read there is a 7 day refund policy for monthly payments. How can I get the refund? Thank you.

  Hello Macmanx,

  I don’t see where. When I go to Purchases:

  1) Active Upgrades: I only see “Need an expert by your side?” and “Looking to upgrade”?
  2) When I go to billing History I see three movements:
  19/06/21 Multiple items 33€
  20/06/2021 WordPress.com Business 33€
  20/06/2021 WordPress.com Business -33€
  3) When I go to payment method there are two credit cards registered.

  Could you tell me where is it that I can cancel and ask for a refund?
