Business Plan & G Suite don’t follow domain mapping?

    My Business Plan and my G Suite subscription are being applied to the free wordpress domain that I set up before domain mapping and registering the new domain. Why did these purchases not follow to the new domain address? They’re still being applied to the domain.wordpress.com address that doesn’t even exist now. How do I get this fixed so my site is working properly with all my purchases being utilized?

    Hi there,

    Both the Business Plan nor the G Suite subscription are currently active on your account because of PayPal dispute that doesn’t appear to be closed yet. You talked with support back in December and it was determined that its-a-process.com would remain on your account, but both the business plan and the gsuite subscription were removed.
