Site recovery

hi i need to recover my website
Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there, this site isn’t hosted on our services:
Are you using /wp-admin to log in?
If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/Then, if you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference:
https://get.wp.com -
I have a different account associated with my company and i cant access that account because it seems like someone has changed the user credentials and i cant have an access to my own account. The website is hosted by bluehost but when i enter my bluehost account i cant see the website on my options anymore.

Hi there,
As @supernovia mentions, we don’t actually host your site directly. Bluehost uses a different version of the WordPress platform (the free open source version) which behaves differently from what we offer here on WordPress.com
However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through Bluehost, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
You can ask Bluehost support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
