If I brought your bussiness plan then i will be able to monetize my site with ads. Do I need to get approval for monetizing my site even after taking bussiness plan

If you wish you could consider our Premium plan, which would allow you to enroll in our “WordAds” program, which is similar to Google Adsense in that you can run ads on your site and make income from the amount of traffic you drive to those ads. https://wordpress.com/support/wordads-and-earn/
