Buy more storage for google suite (it says youre my reseller)

    In my google admin suite it says to contact my reseller to get more storage. I am out of storage and need to upgrade/buy more. How do I do that through my reseller (which it says wordpress is)?

    Hi there!

    In order to upgrade your storage, you would need to cancel the existing Google Workspace subscription through us. When you cancel the subscription, Google asks you to set up billing directly with them. You’ll then be able to upgrade and continue future renewals directly with Google.

    One thing to note here is that if you cancel the subscription, the remaining validity of your subscription is not honored by Google. That means you’ll need to pay Google for a year (or a month if you choose to renew monthly) again right away after the subscription is handed over to Google.

    I also noticed you’re posting from a different WordPress.com account than the one where you own the Google Workspace subscription. Please log into the correct WordPress.com account to cancel the Google Workspace subscription. You can also reply here from the correct account to have us cancel it for you.
