Buying WordPress Premium when I already own the domain name by wordpress

  I pay to WP my domain name and I am thinking to move to a Premium Plan;
  have I to pay for both or I can merge and subscrive only for the Premium?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Purchasing WordPress.com Premium and using the domain credit for the domain you own will extend your domain registration expiration date out another year. So, instead of expiring on 5-29-15, it would be 5-29-16.
