Byline (or whatever you all call it) is showing up in the Google Search listing

  Hello. I don’t know what else to call it but a byline–and I don’t want it there and I don’t know how it got there. How do I get rid of it?

  You will see it if you search for “calmology”.

  You should see:

  Calmology | We organize homes to create calm spaces for …
  calmology.wordpress.com/
  We organize homes to create calm spaces for living. (by Rebecca Jewsbury)

  WHY is my name with a byline there behind the tag line? It makes no sense to me. I don’t see it on anyone else’s WordPress blog.

  Can you help me get rid of it? I’d really appreciate it.

  Unfortunately, it is completely up to Google what comes up in their search results. WordPress.com (or anyone on this planet except Google) has no way to influence that.
