  Am I able to purchase a .ca URL from WordPress. Unfortunately all the other extensions you offer are all taken for http://www.proudlypinoy.???

  You can register a .ca domain at GoDaddy and then map the domain to your WordPress.com blog. Once you’ve got the domain, go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
