Caanot reach site

  Hi
  After installing a theme, i’m getting the following error message and cannot load or edit the site.

  This site can’t be reachedgoescapetours.wpcomstaging.com took too long to respond.
  Try:

  Checking the connection
  Checking the proxy and the firewall
  Running Windows Network Diagnostics
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

  Please help.

  HI

  I STILL CANNOT LOAD https://goescapetours.wpcomstaging.com. HOWEVEVR, I CAN REACH https://goescapetourscom.wordpress.com. The problem is with https://goescapetours.wpcomstaging.com

  Furthermore, from that link i only have option for email not live chat even though I’m subscribed to a business plan.

  The nameservers of the custom domain connected to https://goescapetours.wpcomstaging.com, goescapetours.com, are currently pointed over to Go Daddy. You’ll need to update the nameservers of the domain in order to see the site that you have here at WordPress.com.

  It looks like you are in the process of trying to transfer the domain from Go Daddy over to WordPress.com, correct? I see that is currently pending. Do you happen to know what step you are in the transfer process?

  Hi!

  I have checked and the Domain is now transferred from GoDaddy to WordPress. I even have received a mail confirmation from GODaddy.

  Is the problem due to the the domain transfer issue?

  Hi there,

  I see the domain has transferred over successfully and that the nameservers are now pointing over to us now. It sometimes takes from a few up to 24 hours or so for domain propagation to occur, as I see that there are some areas that have not been updated since the nameservers have not been changed:

  https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/goescapetours.com

  So depending on where you are, you may still see the domain pointed over the Go Daddy.

  However, what are you seeing from your end? You should be able to access the backend of your site. How are you trying to gain access to the site? Through wp-admin?
