Cache has ruined my website, it will not allow me get into my admin.

    This shows up when I try to go into my dashboard

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home4/itellya1/public_html/Blogs/wp-content/advanced-cache.

    I am unable to do anything HELP

    You are posting to the wrong support forum. This one is only for free hosted WordPress>COM blog issues. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
