Cache Issues

    Hello – I am trying to make updates on multiple pages of my website ccpacanada.com, and have cleared the site cache, browser cache and updating on multiple servers and nothing is showing up externally.

    Please let me know if this is a WordPress issue or if there are any alternative solutions on our end,

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would to ideally reach out to the theme developers in this case if changes are being made, but they are not becoming visible.
