Calculation issue

    We are subscriber to plugins and using the WooCommerce Payment platform. We can login to WordPress.com with no issue, however CAN NOT get access to the Chat part to resolve an important issue we are facing (related to the tax calculations by WooCommerce) when comparing the amount done manually. It is kind of complicated here when it come to the Good and Services taxes. Example; $100.00 purchase with applicable taxes are: (5% Federal & 9.775% Provincial (like to State). The problem is when we calculate the Prudential Tax it must must be on the total of the $100 plus the $5.00 of the federal tax for a total of 105. In other words there is a tax on the portion of the Federal Tax. Kind of Crazy to tax the tax , but that the way it is here. WooCommerce Payment software total of the tax is OFF by that portion (could be a bug). Any way we can fix that . !!! Edmond from (PrimeChocolate.com)

    WooCommerce offers 24/7 support for folks who have purchased WooCommerce extensions. However, you do not access that at WordPress.com but instead via your WooCommerce account at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Please note that to access WooCommerce support you will want to be logged in to the account that you purchased the WooCommerce extensions. I do not see any purchases under the account @swisschocolates.

    If you log in to WooCommerce using the account that owns the upgrades, support will be available at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ including chat if it’s available.
