  You can embed a Google Calendar following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-calendar/

  I have been to that support page and I cant locate my “Calendar settings” link

  It will need to be a calendar that you have created. If you’re still having trouble with that end of the process, I recommend contacting Google.
