Calender and VAT

Hi,
I hope you are able to help me. We have been struggeling with things on our website and the flow in the company.
I will shortley tell you about our business so you can understand our needs:
People buy icecubes from us by the internet, e-mail og phone. When they order and pay on our website they select a date they need to pick up the ice or have it delivered. Today we are writing everything down into a paper calender to have an overview of the delivery and pickup date/time. The calender is easy to bring out to the customar – on delivery etc. In the paper calender we note; 1. the name on the customer, 2. phonenumber, 3. which products have been ordered, 4. if it is a pick-up or a delivery, 5. the time for the picup/delivery and 6. the ordernumber. Now to our question.
1.CALENDER QUESTION
It seems crazy to write everything down manually when everything about the order is entered to the website and it would be easier if every order could be transferred to a calender. It has to be possible for us to enter the orders manually for thoose orders we get on phone or e-mail in the same calender as well. It would be nice if you could sort the orders in pick-up orders and delivery orders as well. I guess it is something about using a google calender and then transfer the order data. But is there a plug in to transfer all the data from WP and which one should we choose? NB: The customer is not supposed to see the calender. It is only for internal use.VAT QUESTION:
On our website we handle to different VAT types on the products. 12% on the main part of the orders and 25% on other orders. We would need a quick way to sort in the VAT to see how many products that have been sold with wich % within a month to make sure the correct amount is entered to the accounting. Also we need to be able to sort in products where people choosed to pick up/ have the product delivered.
I hope we can get som help. Have tried to search for info about this. If you could please link to videos etc. I would be greatfull.

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead. That would also be a better place to get advice on different plugins – free users on WordPress.com don’t have the ability to use plugins at all, so this is the wrong place to ask for recommendations.
