  can two blogs have the same name?…..I just found another blog online that has the same name as the one I have been intending to use. Can I still use that title?

  yes two blogs can have the same title – there can be a bit of a chance for some confusion in search engines – the only problem could be if you were using a copyrighted or trade name in the title –
