Can a series of custom pages output a predetermined PDF?

  Is it possible to create a custom page in WordPress that takes a series of inputs (spread across separate pages) from the user and outputs a specific PDF based on those inputs? For example if the user inputs “yes” on question/page 1 but “no” on question/page 2, they are given a link to PDF 1 but if the user inputs the opposite responses they are given a link to PDF 2.

  My initial attempt was to try to shoehorn a form builder to fit my needs, but every form builder I’ve used only allows you to have one “thank you for submitting” response once the submit button is pressed. I’m a little out of my depth so I was going to hire someone to write me this code, but I thought I’d ask here first to see if this is even possible to begin with.

  It sound like you are possibly looking for a survey plugin that integrates with a digital download where it allows the user to download a pdf depending what they selected in the survey?

  If so, I do not know if there is anything that is integrated in WordPress that provides that, but here is a list of survey plugins that may have that functionality:
