Can a user with posting access to a site contact the admin?

    I have Editor rights on the site assa.org.uk. The site is used by a community group of which I am a member, but we have lost contact with the original users who set the site up and who we presume are the administrators. Is there anyway I can see who the administrator user is or send them a message to ask that I am granted admin rights?
