Can an old thread be deleted?

  I have been feeling guilty about an old thread, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/can-wordpress-delete-my-old-comment/ , where I think I went too far and I don’t want to hurt the other person that I was talking about because I was so frustrated. Can that thread be deleted? Thanks!!!

  Can the link from the thread I’m talking about be removed? That mentions another user? So I just have my question there? Thanks a lot.
