Can an old topic be deleted/edited?

I’ve been feeling guilty about an old question that I posted on this website. I posted two of the same questions. I don’t want to hurt the person who I mentioned in the topics. Can those topics be deleted, or can the links from the topics I’m talking about which redirect to another user’s blog be edited out? Thanks. The links to the topics are:

Hello there, as per our forum Best Practices & Community Standards:
Be mindful of privacy: Public forums are indexed by search engines, so do not share sensitive details related to passwords, payments, or contact information. Email addresses shared here will only be visible to staff. Information posted in our forums will only be deleted at staff’s discretion if it presents a valid security or personal safety concern.
So while the topic itself cannot be deleted, I have removed the link in those forum threads to the site where you left your comment. Cheers.
