Can balloons move downward on "Balloons Theme" ?

  Hi !

  First thanks very much to the WordPress team for your very good job with this platform.

  With the theme “Balloons”, can the balloons move downward a bit ? They hide my blog’s title and slogan as you can check here : http://sousnoscouettes.wordpress.com/

  Got in touch directly with the theme author but no reply so far. Same thing with WordPress …
  Any other good idea ?
