Can Change WordPress Address (URL) in General Setting

  I want to redirect http:// URLs to https://. I tried changing the WordPress Address (URL) in the General Settings, but it’s not editable. Why?

  You can’t “simply” change http to https, there is a lot more to do. You must contact your hosting support.

  Yes. It’s done through cpanel
