Can contributors publicize on twitter or facebook?

  I’m able to publicize posts on twitter and facebook automatically only if the post was written and published by the blog administrator. If posts are written by contributors or editors, the publicize feature on the right won’t show linked FB and Twitter accounts. Is that normal? How can I fix this?

  That’s normal. For multi-author blogs, each user that wants to connect to a Publicize service will need to do so separately.
