Can "Full Frame" theme be adapted to horizontal scrolling?

  I would like to buy “Full Frame” theme in order to create a new site. I want to know if it is possible to adapt this theme to horizontal scrolling.

  Hi, Thank you for your feedback.
  I’m looking for a full frame theme. Your’s “Full Frame” fits that, however, what I have in mind is the theme as it is with a single change, instead of scrolling vertically, pages would scroll horizontally (to the right instead of going down).
  Is there a chance to have that change done by your team?

  Hi there, while Full Frame won’t be converted to a horizontal layout at this time, you might want to take a look at Shelf, a theme that is built with horizontal scrolling:
