can i add plugins in free plan ?

  i saw in youtube that i can add free plugins in free plan of wordpress , but the problem now i cant do it becuae i requaired to get pro plan first! any idea

  Most Youtube things are about the open source wordpress.org which differs from the wordpress.com platform. To use third party plugins over here you must upgrade tot the WordPress Pro Plan.
