Can i be refunded?

  I was charged the other day for the renewal of a domain that i had already deactivated. There are no purchases still on my account so I am confused as to why the money was taken. It left me in a difficult position the other day.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  This makes so much more sense now, I think the account i’m being charged in this case for is adhd worldwide. I helped the person set it up and they paid me cash to use my card to pay for it online.
  Could you please deactivate it and refund me?

  Is it possible for you to get in contact with the person who owns the site and have them post in this thread verifying the deactivation? I need confirmation of ownership before I can deactivate.
