Can i build a moonpig.com

    I have also downloaded wordpress.org and my business idea is to open a personalised cards & gifts shop, with all its themes & plugins will i be able to build a website with the features & functions of websites like moonpig or funky pigeon?, i also don,t know any HTML coding.
