as as title asks, Can I cancel an upgrade anytime? (even after the 30 days refund)

Yes you can cancel any upgrade at any time. However, the refund windrow is time limited.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -

another question please
I’ve got an email that say: No Ads was added to your blog for a 2 week trial on October 8, 2014. This upgrade will be automatically renewed on October 21, 2014.
problem: I don’t want that card to be charged, but another card.
I’ve transferred the payment to the new card that I want to be charged, but it takes time for the bank to transfer it, approximately one day I presume. is there any way that I cant delay the charge? because it’s the no ads upgrade, and it’s very critical for me that there will be no ads at all. plus, I don’t want to make the side private even for a sec…
so… maybe there’s a way?thanks you very!!! :)

I see your No Ads upgrade was renewed. Was the correct card charged?
If not, please let me know. I can refund the card that was charged and issue you a payment request so you can pay for the No Ads upgrade on the correct card.
